We provide a free initial consultation to evaluate each client's needs. During the consultation, we consider all options and recommend how to proceed.

Appointments

Our Independence office is open Monday through Friday from 9-5. Clients are seen by appointment only, although we make every effort to see a new client within 24 hours of the initial call. Beyond the Kansas City Area, Chipman Cook serves Northwest Missouri by appointment in Gallatin and Cameron. Appointments during other hours are available as necessary. If a true emergency exists, we will try to take care of your needs at once with a home or hospital visit.

Fee Arrangements

We specifically arrange fees at the first office appointment so the client is fully aware of the costs involved. Clients remit payment at the time of the fee agreement unless other arrangements are needed. We also accept payment through a variety of prepaid legal plans, including LegalWise, ARAG, and Pre-paid Legal Services.

Ch. 7 Bankruptcy $650

Hourly Litigation Rate $110-125
